We’re collaborating with Sheffield to send some amazing content creators to experience one of the UK’s most exciting cities, showing it as the perfect destination for a weekend break.
As a city, Sheffield has something for everyone with a growing reputation for independent restaurants and bars; that might include microbreweries or the city’s own gin distillery, or a culinary workshop in a flagship venue such as Cambridge Street Collective.
For those who love an urban wander, Sheffield has incredible neighbourhoods, street art trails, riverside walks or more distinctive activities. You can even go climbing, cycling and stand-up paddleboarding.

Sheffield is one of the greenest cities in the UK, and shares more than a third of its boundary with the Peak District National Park, perfect for those who like to get back to nature.
If you’re into local heritage, football, or both then The Home of Football will be for you, the worlds’ first and oldest football club is Sheffield FC, while Wednesday and United may now be better known.
Wander the streets of Sheffield and you’ll explore Georgian, Victorian, Modernist and modern day architecture.
The Campaign
We’re looking for a range of content creators to travel to and explore Sheffield for two days. We’re open to all kinds of creators; individuals, couples, families and more.
For this campaign, we’ll be asking those chosen to plan their own travel, accommodation and itinerary. Basically, we want you to discover Sheffield!

The fee for the campaign would be one overall fee, which would include the above, meaning you’re free to travel on a budget, or take a first class train and stay in a luxury hotel. Those chosen are also welcome to bring along a friend, family member or anyone else, or of course, travel solo.
All content creators would need to be able to travel to Sheffield before the end of March, with the agreed content being produced and published by 10 April. Some content (which could include stories) must be published by the end of March.
