\nCreate tailored outreach sequences and high-quality email campaigns
\nWrite personalised outreach emails that reflect a genuine understanding of client needs
\nBook and attend discovery meetings with prospective clients
\nSource and contact potential sponsors for Traverse events
\nIdentify destinations and brands suitable for hosting conferences and international creator trips
\nAttend UK and international events to network and build relationships
\nStay up-to-date with trends in the travel, creator and social media industries
\nMaintain accurate CRM records including outreach activity, meeting notes and pipeline updates
\nMeet monthly and quarterly outreach and meeting targets<\/p>\n
\nConfident communicating with brands, agencies and creators
\nComfortable attending events and meeting people in person
\nInterested in travel, social media, creators or influencer marketing
\nAble to work independently and take initiative
\nTarget-driven with a positive, growth-focused mindset
\nPrevious sales experience is helpful but not essential \u2014 attitude and curiosity matter most.<\/p>\n
\nWorking pattern: Part-time or full-time (3\u20135 days per week)
\nHoliday: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
\nHybrid working: Typically 1\u20132 days per week in our London office
\nInternational travel to events and conferences
\nRegular social events and opportunities to build a strong industry network<\/p>\n
