Workshop and Lunch on a Traditional Olive and Carob Farm
Travel to a farm with carob and olive plantations. Here you will learn about the rural side of Mallorca and the tradition of these two crops.
The activity will allow you to get to know the different local varieties, participate in some of the tasks involved in maintaining these crops and learn how carob is transformed and made into flour and olive trees into oil.
A sensory workshop will also be offered to experiment with the products and taste them. Finally you’ll enjoy a lunch with these products and traditional Mallorcan cuisine.
