With the end of the year fast approaching, we are getting increasingly excited about all the things next year has in store for Traverse.
This year has seen Traverse 18 held in Rotterdam, an elite mini conference in Antigua, a social in Brighton, an event with Madeira and not to forget the Three and Samsung photography exhibition over the summer in a stunning gallery in Mayfair, to name just a few.
We’ve loved working with partners such as Spain and Princess Cruises, and are looking forward to all the exciting things that 2019 has in store for us.
Last week we made a visit to the beautiful town of Trento in Italy in preparation for Traverse 19 next June which got me looking ahead to next year.
So in case you’ve missed it, here are just a few of places you’ll find Traverse in 2019…
Hamburg, Germany for KeyFrame 19
From the 28 February – 3 March, Traverse will be heading to Hamburg for a four day interactive video conference. This is a brand new event, focused specifically on powering up your video skills.
Content creators of all abilities will be welcomed to Germany’s second largest city to learn more about storyboarding, lighting, sound, editing, distributing and SEO. Beginners and pros alike will be able to learn from a great bunch of speakers and experts, and you can check out who we have announced so far here.
Hamburg itself is a beautiful city, with drastic architecture, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, countless bridges and canals, and is primed for video with its abundant street life, markets and bustling markets.
Trentino, Italy for Traverse 19
Between 4-14 June, we will be heading to the incredibly beautiful region of Trentino. A province in the far north of the country, Trentino is a snow sport enthusiasts paradise during the winter months.
As I mentioned earlier, we recently went for a trip there and I was delighted to be greeted by cute Christmas markets, snow capped mountains popping up at the end of every street and don’t get me started on the many many restaurants serving amazing Italian food…
Come summer, the town of Trento and its squares, fountains and cobbled streets will be home for 10 days to content creators from far and wide, all looking to learn more, build their channels and most importantly, have fun. Surrounded by the Dolomites and close to Lake Garda, this is a truly stunning destination and a must if you haven’t visited before (and well worth returning if you have been before).

As with KeyFrame, this is open to bloggers, vloggers, Instagrammers of all abilities. Midweek experiences will take place in the build up to the main conference on the weekend of the 8/9 June, and will be a fantastic way to explore the region; with its mountains, lakes, town squares, museums.
We are announcing our speakers based on the core that they are focusing on, with blogging, video, photography, technical, wellness and monetising your channel. You can check out the amazing speakers here.
